Description du poste :
Véritable ambassadeur de la marque, vous participez pleinement à la vie du magasin et vous incarnez l’esprit et les valeurs Pandora.

- Vous réservez un accueil personnalisé à notre clientèle
- Vous écoutez, orientez et conseillez le client dans le cadre d’une vente « sur-mesure »
- Vous présentez et mettez en valeur l’excellence de nos produits et de nos savoir-faire
- Vous assurez la satisfaction, le suivi et la fidélisation de notre clientèle
- Vous contribuez à la parfaite tenue de la boutique
- Vous assurez le rangement et réassort des bijoux
- Vous participez activement à l’amélioration continue de notre magasin et à l’atteinte des objectifs collectifs.

Profil recherché :
Passionné(e), vous possédez des qualités relationnelles qui vous permettront d’établir un contact privilégié avec l’équipe de vente et chacun de nos clients.
- Vous êtes fiable, adaptable, rigoureux, dynamique, convaincant et souriant
- Vous avez un goût prononcé pour les bijoux de qualité - Une excellente présentation et communication
- Expérience exigée de 5 ans dans la vente/commerce.
- Anglais courant fortement recommandé
- Idéalement vous avez déjà une expérience dans le domaine de la bijouterie ou parfumerie.

Vous avez une bonne formation générale avec une bonne maitrise de l'outil informatique / système de caisse électronique. Enfin, la qualité de votre travail, votre esprit d’équipe, votre implication et votre enthousiasme vous assureront une parfaite intégration au sein de notre équipe.
