Premiere prod une FAI a ete faite par notre QA NPI qui nous avait rejoint depuis 1 mois :
1/ Mise a jour du plan après validation de l’echantillon. Pas de details sur l’objet de la mise a jour, le QA a manque le detail de changement de position du trait sur le dessin du client :


2/piece passe au teste electrique, le QA n’a pas vu le defaut visuel
3/ le QA a manque le defaut
4/ le QA a verifie les 50mm demandes sur le plan client et dit avoir trouve 55mm ce qui était dans la tolérance.
