Nous avons commence le transfert des SFPAL NIKON de SEOCL a EMTC depuis qqs mois.
En pensant que c'etait "juste" un transfert de flux, il n'y a pas eu de RTE de faite et ce transfert et depuis le debut gere par les equipes d'EMTC (Noppasak - Suchada).

Le Yield et le molds scrap ne sont pas bons... et le ramp-up continu.

J'en ai parle a Laurent Chippaux hier.
Nous pensons que ces produits, complexes, necessitent un support different afin de revenir rapidement dans les clous.

Creer une equipe de travail avec une personne GE, une personne SEOCL et une personne de chez nous, pendant 1 mois et travailler sur les difficultes que nous rencontrons (qui sont certainement les memes que celles que SEOCL a rencontre au debut).
On se donne 1 mois pour mettre au carre les PCPs et SOPs.
