A L’époque classique, la différence du droit entre l’homme et la femme est
bien évidente. Quelque soit son régime matrilinéaire, elle est toujours
soumise à la volonté masculine .Le père ou le mari exerce sa puissance , non
pour la protéger mais plutôt pour son intérêt à lui . L’ordre social des XVII
et XVIII siècles lui assure cette autorité.
