Nous recherchons pour le compte de l'un de nos client, un ehpad du secteur de clermont l'hérault, Bédarieux, un AIDE SOIGNANT (h/f) pour des remplacements ponctuels en intérim.
Vous dispensez les soins d'hygiène et de confort nécessaire au bien-être physique et psychique des résidents. Vous aidez à la prise des médicaments sous la responsabilité de l'Infirmier(e).
Vous stimulez et aidez la personne âgée dans sa vie quotidienne, en utilisant les capacités du résident et en favorisant ses potentialités.
Vous assurez le suivi, les surveillances et la traçabilité des soins qui lui sont confiés, selon les règles de bonnes pratiques et les protocoles.
Vous êtes à l'écoute des besoins de la personne âgée et des demandes des familles
Vous êtes motivée, fiable et rigoureux.
Vous êtes rémunéré en fonction de la convention collective de l'établissement + 10% d'indemnités de fin de mission + 10% de congés payés.
Missions en fonction de vos disponibilités: journée, nuit, demi journée notamment les weekend
