Le principal objectif du Big Challe

Le principal objectif du Big Challenge est de favoriser l’apprentissage de l’anglais à travers une activité ludo-pédagogique (il s’agit d’un questionnaire à réponses multiples) qui s’adresse à tous les élèves de sixième, cinquième, quatrième, troisième de l’ensemble des collèges français qui l’ont choisi comme langue vivante.

Sur la base du volontariat, 51 élèves des classes de quatrième et troisième du collège Arlette-Guirado d’Archiac ont participé à la session 2013 de ce concours.

Une remise des prix
Mercredi 19 juin, Mmes Brisson et Tafforeau, professeurs de la langue de Shakespeare, ont remis les récompenses aux élèves, en présence de Didier Weingarten, principal du collège.

Un diplôme de participation était remis à tous les élèves qui ont participé, et les cinq premiers de chaque classe ont reçu une récompense spécifique. Deux d’entre eux se sont particulièrement bien classés au niveau départemental, il s’agit de Joseph Keight 2e, et Mathieu Brisson 5e pour la classe de 4e.

Rappelons que c’est le foyer socio-éducatif du collège qui a financé les frais de participation au concours. Pour une première, ce fut une réussite, et il est probable que de nombreux élèves participeront à la prochaine session du concours
