Pour moi, il est très difficile de choisir un plat préféré. J’ai de la chance, puisque j’aime beaucoup d’aliments et beaucoup de cuisines différentes. Bien sûr, comme je suis prof de français, j’aime bien les plats français et surtout les plats alsaciens (J’ai habité une année à Strasbourg en tant qu’étudiante). J’adore la choucroute, malgré qu’elle soit un peu lourde. J’aime bien aussi la tarte flambée, ce qui est comme une pizza alsatienne. La fille de ma famille d’acceuil était propriétaire d’un restaurant, donc j’ai mangé pas mal de tartes pendant mon année à Strasbourg!
