Contexte
Dans le cadre du développement de son activité, Verifone Systems France recrute un Responsable Helpdesk H/F avec expérience en contrat à durée indéterminée.
Tâches principales et responsabilités
• Procéder à l’organisation du service, assurer la gestion d’équipes (plannings, congés, absences, statistiques)
• Définir et mettre en œuvre les procédures, méthodes et outils internes nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du département
• Répondre aux demandes d’intervention urgentes des clients banques
• Assurer le rôle de soutien en cas de surcroit d’appels
• Alerter et gérer les problèmes récurrents
• Assurer le rôle d’interface entre les techniciens, la Direction Générale, et l’ensemble des services de l’entreprise
Compétences nécessaires
• Maitrise du Pack Office et particulièrement Excel
• Maitrise de l’environnement IT
• Anglais courant indispensable
• Grandes aptitudes managériales et relationnelles
• Ouverture d’esprit et adaptabilité au changement
Diplôme/Expérience
Minimum Bac+2
Expérience terrain et management indispensable
